Gagan Ahluwalia is what makes GlobalStep unique.
Gagan is a former strategy and operations partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Dallas, TX. He has worked in the United States and Europe for the last 20 years of his career. This includes nine years in the high tech industry and nine years in strategy and operations consulting prior to founding GlobalStep in September of 2006.
Prior to moving to the U.S., in the mid eighties, Gagan pioneered the concept of outsourced data processing for business applications in India. This is where he got his formative experience in process design and integrating external capability into an organization's internal processes. |

As Gagan puts it:

Gagan is an accomplished speaker and a published author. He is one of the world's foremost experts in the design and implementation of off-shore sourcing strategies for creating competitive advantage. He has been a thought leader in the successful application of an off-shore strategies in other industries prior to applying the paradigm to professional service firms and creating GlobalStep.
He received his MBA in strategy from the University of Washington in Seattle and his executive education includes training with both General Motors and Ford Motor Company.
Gagan has lived in Dallas, Texas with his family for the last 8 years. Prior to that, he has lived in New York and Southern California and the Pacific Northwest.
