Administration Assistant / Receptionist
Work Timings: 1 pm – 10 pm.
Experience: Minimum 1 year.
Female candidates would be preferred.
Required Skills:
 Responsible for handling all administrative matters for the CEO globally.
Keeping schedule, organize meetings, calendar for the CEO and assisting with all matters as required.
Needs good voice skills and the ability to communicate orally and in writing with business contacts in the US, Europe and India on behalf of CEO.
Ability to handle customer calls professionally and direct them as required.
Act as receptionist and be the first point of interaction for people visiting and calling the office.
Handling calls in Front Office, working on EPBX and connecting Conference Calls.
Travel Booking - Booking of travel tickets (Air and Train)
Knowledge of computers is a must and also must be very internet savvy.
Must be proficient in – Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Outlook.
Good Communication Skills - Fluency in written and spoken English, a pleasant personality.

Accounts and Finance Executive
This position will be responsible for managing Finance of GlobalStep India.
Experience: 4 – 7 years. Preferably in the IT/ ITES industry.
Essential Skills:
Must have very strong knowledge of Tally.
Must have experience in working with a STPI Registered Unit.
Should have an understanding of Payroll Process.
Must have extensive experience in Expense Statement & Tax Structure.
Should have handled Custom Bonding, Licencing, Hiring vendors, etc.
Liaison with PF & ESI.
Must know how to build financial forecasting models.

Knowledge on QuickBooks.

We are seeking for game testers to join our world class Game Testing Team. As a game tester you will be trained to test games, spot out defects, and provide feedback on game play using our advanced test methodologies and practices.
You will need to have a very patient eye for detail, execute existing test guides provided to you and then go beyond the test guides to spot defects and areas of improvement in a game.
Game Testers at GlobalStep should be avid gamers; should have good oral and written communication skills and a very keen sense of observation.
