Gagan Ahluwalia Gagan Ahluwalia
President and CEO

Gagan Ahluwalia is a former strategy and operations partner in the firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, in Dallas, TX. He has worked in the United States and Europe for the last 20 years of his career. Prior to founding GlobalStep, Gagan was responsible for the outsourcing consulting practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and its successor firm. He has consulted on outsourcing best practices and solutions with many Fortune 500 companies. His outsourcing experience includes the successful transitioning of over 15,000 positions across different processes and industries.



Feike Dijkstra Feike Dijkstra
Director of Business Development ( Europe )

Feike Dijkstra is an eighteen year veteran of the video game industry. During his illustrious career he has held senior operational positions at Phillips Media, Infogrames / Atari, and Disky Entertainment Europe.
During his tenure at Infogrames/Atari, Feike held the positions of Managing Director Benelux, Managing Director France, Vice President South Europe and Vice President of Sales and Operations Europe. Feike subsequently assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Disky Entertainment Europe.



 Yves Legris Yves Legris
Director of Business Development

Prior to joining Globalstep, Yves Legris spent 15 years working in general management roles in the video game industry, both in Europe and in the United States. He is the founder of Aikeo Inc., an online publishing and distribution platform for video games and movies. Between 2002 and 2005, he was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Bam Entertainment, a video game developer, publisher and distributor based in Silicon Valley.




 Knut Grossmann Knut Grossmann
Director of Business Development

An eighteen year veteran of the Video Games Industry, Knut Grossmann has QA and localization experience with MMO games as well as console and PC games. Prior to joining GlobalStep, Knut was the Executive Director and Head of International Operations at Sony Online Entertainment. In addition to QA and localization he had responsibility for game support services and international software development. Products that Knut worked on at SOE include Everquest, Everquest II and Free Realms.
